PRANAYA

Reclaim your power ᐧ Honour your wisdom

Deep Rest + Cyclical Living + Subtle practices

Rooted in Yoga and Ayurveda teachings

A lush jungle scene with dense green foliage, trees, and a flowing stream. Vibrant pink flowers are in the foreground.

No more performing, no more doing.

This is an invitation to pause,
To reconnect with your intuition,
To observe your cyclical nature, and learn to embrace it.

To rest deeply,
as an act of resistance,
a re-awakening to yourself.

And, in doing so, gently begin
to reclaim your inner power,
to honour your wisdom.

Welcome.

Current times have exhausted our bodies, overwhelmed our senses, pressured our nervous system.

We have been running for so long we can’t remember what we’re running towards, or away from.

We live in survival mode, constantly on alert, fearful.

So we keep running, and doing more.

To feel safe, and in control.

But we keep using our batteries and we end-up with chronic energetic debt.

Slowly, gently, start moving towards a more supportive lifestyle.

Here are some options and ideas on how to start.

Deep rest

A lifestyle that helps you sleep better,
Restorative yogic practices,
A reduction in sensory inputs,
Etc.

Cyclical Living

Align your diet and lifestyle with
nature’s cycles,
your moon cycle or life season,
daily rythms.

Subtle Practices

Pranayama and meditation,
Mudras and marma points,
Energy management practices,
Etc.

About

Pranaya was born from prana, our life force energy, and from my personal journey with Yoga and Ayurveda.

More than therapy and any other healing modalities I tried over the years, it is the tools of Yoga and Ayurveda that have brought me back to my body, allowing me to reconnect to my inner wisdom and that of nature. Slowly, but consistently and sustainably.

In doing so, I witnessed firsthand how Yoga and Ayurveda restored the flow of prana and ease in my own life. From there, I felt compelled to share what I learned—and continue to learn—as I guide others on their way back to balance and harmonious living.
