Timeless Wisdom for Modern Times

Ayurveda is the ancient Vedic ‘Science of Living’, and Yoga is its sister. Together, they offer a holistic framework that restores the natural flow of prana, our life force energy—supporting true balance, lasting health and harmonious living. 

As a Yoga+Ayurveda Counsellor and Educator, I embody and draw from these disciplines to guide you in recognising your imbalance, addressing its root causes, and restoring your vitality.

My approach is holistic in nature: we examine your patterns, environment, and lifestyle, and we observe how they affect you at the physical, emotional, energetic and mental levels. From there, I offer guidance tailored to your unique constitution, your specific imbalance, and your capacity and bandwidth at any given time.

My Vision

As a Yoga+Ayurveda Counselor and Educator, my role is to guide you to:

  • Restore the natural flow of prana, your life force energy

  • Understand—and learn how to feel—what supports and what drains you

  • Create routines that (re)build a sense of safety in your body, support your nervous system, and replenish your vitality

  • (Re)build confidence in learning how to listen to your own body, your own signals

  • (Re)connect you with your body, your Self, and your environment

I consider this work inherently preventive: it is a way to notice and address imbalance early—when small adjustments can still have a meaningful impact, before it becomes harder to shift.

About

Pranaya was born from prana, our life force energy, and from my personal journey with Yoga and Ayurveda.

More than therapy and any other healing modalities I tried over the years, it is the tools of Yoga and Ayurveda that have brought me back to my body, allowing me to reconnect to my inner wisdom and that of nature. Slowly, but consistently and sustainably.

In doing so, I witnessed firsthand how Yoga and Ayurveda restored the flow of prana and ease in my own life. From there, I felt compelled to share what I learned—and continue to learn—as I guide others on their way back to balance and harmonious living.
