We usually start our work with an Initial Ayurveda+Yoga Consultation, and then agree together on the next steps if/as necessary.
I also offer specialised sessions for those interested in diving deeper into specific areas.

During these consultations, we examine your patterns, environment, and lifestyle, and explore how they impact you at the physical, emotional, energetic, and mental levels.
This helps us identify your current imbalance and, more importantly, its root causes.
From there, I offer guidance tailored to your unique constitution, your current imbalance, and your capacity and bandwidth at any given time.

Whether you are trying to get pregnant or already are, Yoga and Ayurveda can help prepare your body for pregnancy, birth, and post-partum.
Together, they can:
Prepare your body ahead of conception for optimal or greater health, and increased fertility;
Strengthen your body as it changes and adapts to Baby’s growth in-utero;
Support your body in its recovery after birth, whether you breastfeed or not, and throughout post-partum.

I teach Yoga & Ayurveda in a holistic, integrated, and sattvic way, with an emphasis on restoring the flow of prana—our life force energy—through movement, breath, food, and daily routines.
By holistic, I mean that we work at multiple levels: physical, energetic, mental and emotional, wisdom, and spiritual.
By integrated, I mean that my Yoga teaching is informed by Ayurvedic principles and practices—such as daily routines, food, seasonal awareness—and that Ayurveda is supported by Yogic tools—such as asana, pranayama, meditation.
By sattvic, I mean that we work gently and patiently, with love and compassion toward ourselves.
Most of the tools I use come from classical Haṭha Yoga and Ayurveda.

Not at all. Each consultation is tailored to you and everything is learned step by step, one practice at a time, at a pace that works for you.
If you are new to Yoga and/or Ayurveda, I usually suggest starting with a Foundational Consultation so that we can approach your situation in an integrative way from the beginning.

Everyone can benefit from Yoga and Ayurveda, and I welcome clients and students from all backgrounds and identities.
That said, if you feel you would be more supported working with a practitioner who shares more of your lived experience, please feel free to be in touch. I will gladly refer you to trusted colleagues when possible, or ask within my network if I do not already know someone directly.

Each consultation is tailored to you. This is not a one-size-fits-all program, but a personalised process informed by your history, constitution, and current circumstances.
The fee reflects the time, preparation, and depth of individual support involved in my work.
In addition to the time we spend together, the fee includes preparation and follow-up on my end.
Before our session, you will receive a wellness questionnaire to complete and return at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to review essential information beforehand and dedicate our time together to deeper discussion and direct support. (If writing is difficult for any reason, we will find an alternative.)
After the session, you will receive a follow-up email summarising our discussion and outlining the practice and lifestyle adjustments you feel ready to explore.

When these patterns shift, symptoms can sometimes improve significantly. Ayurveda and Yoga can help you understand and shift these patterns, and gradually restore balance.

As an Ayurveda counselor, I do not prescribe herbs or offer treatments. If those are needed, I will refer you to appropriately qualified practitioners to ensure that you are fully supported.
